Edwin Plaza | I'm starting to consider switching banks if they don't get that atm machine right ...everytime I try to deposit or withdraw money the atm is always broke or is updating software |

Bomber T | On September 11, 2018, I had a "small-face" ten dollar bill that the laundromat change machine wouldn't take. After being denied a change from Christian Outreach a kind of salvage store, I walked into this branch and quickly explained my situation. I was asked if I were a customer, to which I answered no. All I wanted was a different ten-dollar bill. After being told no twice first I asked for a role of quarters, then for a different bill, I asked if I was in fact standing in a bank. Yes was the answer. So an Army vet walked into a bank on 9/11 and asked for someone to do a modicum of work. He was denied, and because of this I will never allow this franchise to profit from me. And none of my family will either. Ever. |
