Calling these people is like pulling teeth. Every single person I have spoke with has given me the run around. Half of them try billing me for things like paying my bill, paying my bill early or being late on the bill I tried paying early. I am waiting on a call back from the bank manager, Alisa, who I signed my loan with. I hope she can square things up with me.

One star is to much worst service. Had an auto loan agent work with us one day then take the next day off and send us to someone else who know nothing about our loan. Say we're approved and now we're not approved. After we got insurance and everything set. Very unprofessional would not recommend anyone to go here they will waste your time.

Terrible customer service. They have no clue how to do their job and when questioned they will hang up on you. Take your money else where...!

Has to be the worst customer service of any credit union. I have never had a friendly teller at any branch. It is clearly a culture of terrible service since it is at every branch. I finally wrote a review when I was informed by my mortgage company that Rio was reporting an old account as late on my credit when it never was so I called Rio and they confirmed that it never was late. I asked if they could update the report to the credit company and they told me to file a dispute online with credit companies rather than just correct it themselves. The lady was incredibly rude of course and offered no other solution.

My mom and I came in to do some serious banking today. Roberta ended up helping us. She was so AMAZING! Got us taken care of as quickly and professionally as possible. It was a great experience that could have been a huge headache.

Always love doing business with RGCU. However, I have never been turned away due to me having my Firearm on me. Today I did. Makes no sense. After many years of business, this is going to be our last.

You want great customer service from a loan officer, talk to Angelo Roibal. He explained everything kept me in the loop, and got my payments to start on my paydays before I had the chance to ask him. When I did loans before I had to fight with those loan officers to understand I need them to coincide with my pay dates. Angelo got it all done, professionally. Thank you Angelo. Hey Rio Grande he needs to teach other loan officers what customer service really is, he needs a nice big raise. Thank You Angelo.

Honestly the worst loan department I have ever attempted to work with. Won't return calls , does not keep you updated and has no one to take calls. This is an absolute joke, I'd rather have my credit ran again before ever working with these people again. Even thinking about moving my checking and savings account to another credit union.
