I have to go in the bank to make a payment because I pay with my debit card from another bank. Since Covid, you cannot go inside, which now restaurants are open! It's JUNE! They won't let me pay at the window with a different debit card. They won't let me pay at the ATM, They won't let me pay over the phone! And when I thought it paid over the phone, they refunded my payment back and said I don't have to pay anything, once again because of COVID! I want to make my payments! I don't want to keep paying the credit union interest! I'm done with them! I'll pay it off, take my money out of savings and leave! |
