Rogue Credit Union in Klamath Falls, Oregon

Best bank / credit union EVER!!! Only showed ID once because they get to know you and help you in every way they can. I have had many accounts and car loans through them over the years and never have I had a problem that they didn't quickly and politely resolve. Great work Rogue!

Mobile app doesn't work about 10 of the time. Charges will post late, holds also will occasionally last longer than they should. Years ago this credit union was great, but has sadly gone down hill in recent years. They are no longer focused on the communities they serve but more and more persist just for profit. Customer service can range from good to dismal. I will be taking my business to a more respectable financial institution.

I have 2 car loans and a credit card with rogue after my daughter was born i fell on hard times and got really behind on everything. Everyone here are understanding and helpful. I kept in touch with them and let them know what i could do and they kept working with me helping me not lose everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else to bank.

The clerks at this location are extremely rude and condescending . I was treated very poorly here. They made it clear that they do not value the time or business of their members. From management down they were unprofessional,unapologetic and nonchalant about the inconvenience that occurred due to a bank computer system malfunction at their locations ATM. The customer service provided by the employees at the Rogue Credit Union on Dahlia street is sub par. The customer service on Washburn is a hundred times better.
