My experience is that the customer service has been unsatisfactory on a number of occasions. Multiple times they have not returned my voice messages to setup appointments and have had difficulty with them getting parts replaced that are under warranty. I purchased new tires there and one wouldn't hold air. After three complaints they finally replaced the tire. The other time I had had a brake rotor issue. I mentioned to the customer service lady that I had an extended bumper to bumper warranty and she said right away that it wasn't covered she would not check. I asked the mechanic who parked my truck after the service that day and I mentioned to him about my extended warranty. The mechanic said let me check on it. He came back and said yes that part was covered! I'm going to switch to Klein Auto for service.

Salesman Dan K. And Financial man Don M. Were extremely helpful in getting us equipped with our new to us truck in a super quick manor. Would definitely suggest checking them out!

Just took delivery of a Chrysler 200s that was sold to me by the help of Bob Kapla and Chad. They are really friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond for there customers. They always put their customers first to . make sure they have a good experience . Overall it was the best experience i ever had at a car dealership. I will be sure to be a returning customer and look at s&l first before another dealership.
