I'm not one to put negative energy out and I've NEVER written a one star review. I live four always away. I called ahead and asked about a specific vehicle to get a feel for it. They told me it was a great truck, had no problems, and I can take it to a mechanic if I'd like. I scheduled an appointment to come look at it. I noticed right away leaking coolant, 9/10 under carriage rust, and a loose ball joint during the test drive. I took it to a mechanic, the mechanic said it had work needed done worth 5,000-6,000. He showed me areas under the truck where there were literally pieces missing. The listing price was 15,400. KBB top price for the car is 15,500. They offered to take 500 off and that was it. From what I saw all the dealership did was repaint the exterior and add a few pieces to pass a test drive. I'm frustrated I trusted someone and drove so far to be taken as a joke. They said selling reliable vehicles was a top priority but that doesn't seem true at all. Shows how much they value integrity over dollars.
