I've been a member of Safe Credit Union for many many years. I have always thought of them as a great Credit Union I grandfathered my children into their accounts with them as well. However the safe that was just opened up on Freeport Boulevard recently have done nothing but make me feel like a suspect every time I walk into that bank. I have normally done all my banking on Folsom Boulevard near 65th that is a great Bank. Everybody in there is friendly and professional I have never felt like a suspect in the Folsom Boulevard branch. However when they built a new branch on Freeport which is very close to my house I was very pleased. I thought oh great now I don't have to travel so far to the bank to take care of my banking needs. I will no longer have to travel about 15 miles to my old Bank. Not! I will never go back to Freeport. There's always some excuse for delaying my transaction. Today the bank teller who had helped me before said she was having problems with her code. She had just changed her code yesterday according to her. I went into the bank about 11 I believe her code issues should have been taken care of way before they opened. They seem to always take my check to the back and study it and go over it while looking at me sideways! For the last three years I have been cashing the same type of checks once a week. I had been in the Freeport plenty of times so I shouldn't be treated like a suspect once a week. Was it the fact that my skin is darker than everyone's? Or is it the fact that I was wearing a black tank top and my tattoos were showing? I couldn't tell you never going back there again!

Went in to do a wire transfer, had great service, not busy. In and out of there in 15 minutes!!
