San Francisco Federal Credit Union in San Francisco, California

I have been a member of this credit union for thirty some years. I have seen it come into the age of electronic banking and stayed through many transitions because the people have stayed throughout this process and it's the people that make an institution great. Thank you so much all you wonderful folks who have helped me through my direct deposits, my mortgage and anything that resembled finances. Thank you for being there when I cannot navigate the process of being a trust account or needing c ash loan. Thank you for always being there and being helpful I wish I were younger so I start younger and stay longer.

I've been with this credit union since I started working for the City and County of San Francisco in 1980. I've always had good experiences with it. I finally decided to close my Wells Fargo account and have all my direct deposits go to San Francisco Federal Credit Union. I have been disappointed with Wells Fargo for years, just kept the account open because of convenience.

Best Bank Ever!!! Staff are so helpful and make you feel like they've known you forever. I have never encountered a banking problem or situation that the SFFCU team hasn't found a way to help solve! I wish there was a branch in San Jose but I've only had to travel to my actual branch about 5-6 times in my 25 years of being a member! Online services are so appreciated!
