I have never been disappointed with the service at any of the SLFCU branches.

Really bad place to bank. Over 6 dollars on an old account they hit my credit with a bad report. Very rude when I tried to contact them. I righted it immediately when I found out and they said on the report collection resolved when that was not the case. The manager and teller did bad report on purpose.

Can't talk to a human in any way - terrible Customer Service process!

I have been with SLFCU for over 35 years. Everything I've done through the credit union has been done with exceptional service. From mortgages to financial services their staff has done everything to protect me as a customer/member. The Paseo branch is no exception. I have never gone in and not been taken care of quickly and with care. I have recommended several of my relatives and friends to the credit union and they have never had any complaints. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for excellent service.

the staff here just walk around and cause disturbances around the whole building. They are too busy gossiping to do their jobs more efficiently i waited 15 minutes for the lady at the front desk to help me with a loan. Unacceptable.

It took me 3 weeks to get an account made and approved because they didn't ask for any specific information. They asked for a picture of the back of my driver's licence and that was it. I kept having to call and ask what was wrong and why it's taking so long and every time they'd only ask for one document at a time. The center was hacked and now I'm repeatedly getting spam calls claiming its then asking for bank info and my SSN. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR A HEADACHE.

I have been with this bank for 15 years. It is by far the worst bank you can go to in New Mexico!!! I have to drive to a branch to pay my truck loan. They say I have options to pay. Liars! I then have to wait 20 plus minutes for then to verify who I am and I am even eligible to pay my own vehicle payment. I've been harassed by this company multiple times. And they just delete your reviews. On top of that they lie about everything. Do not bank here.
