Schafer Auto Clinic in Monticello, Utah

We came across Schafer Auto while searching auto repair shops after my front axle seal stared leaking when we were camped in the valley of the gods. Trent said he would be able to get it fixed the same day we had called. He was super nice on the phone. When we pulled in he said he'd be able to start on it sooner than anticipated. The mechanics on duty were also very nice to us and highly knowledgeable at their craft. They made us feel really comfortable while the work was being done. Trent even offered us to use his truck to check out the area. They also have the best shop dog, Oliver! Schafer really cares about the service they are putting out and cares about their community. It's nice to see this happening in our world today. We were back on the road in no time without worries of being stranded. Thank you so much Schafer and crew!

My experience here was the best interaction with a mechanic that I've ever had. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I Can't recommend them more highly!! I had a severe oil leak as I was traveling across country in my bmw e46. I called first thing in the morning and they told me they were extremely busy but would take a look at it. I brought it in and they paused what they were working on to examine my car. An hour later everything was fixed and my car was doing great! So happy I found them!
