Seacoast Bank in Melbourne, Florida

I LOVE this bank and the people who work at this location in particular. Zashi has been an incredible asset and I'm grateful to have both business and personal accounts with such a mindful bank. They have protected my account from fraud on more than a few occasions and I just love the days that I get to visit Seacoast Bank.

I have banked with Seacoast since the were First National Bank. I don't know about these other reviews but I have always had free checking and savings. It takes maybe 2 times of walking into a branch before they know you by name and the best part is if you ever have a discrepancy of someone taking money out of your account unauthorized or someone does not ship or ships incorrect items to you and you can't resolve it with the responsible party, you sign an affidavit and the money is immediately put back into your account by Seacoast while they investigate but be right, if they find you at fault the money will come back out.

Been a loyal customer for 6+ years. Paid off our house 4 months ago and we still don't have an escrow statement in spite of repeated requests... In addition, tried to get a loan with excellent credit scores, 2 high paying jobs and zero debt and this so-called "bank" declined and the VP of Commercial Lending was rude and unprofessional. Absolutely useless and amateurish bank. You have lost our business for good. Good luck staying in business with the way you treat customers...

Wendy at Seacoast Bank helped me open two accounts there, and was amazing to work with. She explained everything in detail which helped me to make informed decisions on the type of account that was best for me. They are all so helpful and friendly there. During the hurricane last year, they were readily available for whatever help we needed, instead of waiting on hold like at the other big banks. Seacoast Bank is a breath of fresh air among all of the national banks in our area! They offer a much more personal service but can still provide any banking needs that you may have. Our company has been a customer for several years and we are always impressed by their immediate attention to our needs.
