I visit this location very often. Very convenient. The employees that work there are great. Belinda and Laura always provide outstanding service.

Diane Rodriguez was super nice and polite. Not a lot of people would've be willing to work with the type of transaction that I needed, but Diane was super nice about it and helpful. I would definitely go back to this location as long as Diane is there.

I am not a person who likes to walk in to banks. I like to manage everything online. Especially during these times with COVID and all. I needed to go and get a critical document notarized and Abby Guajardo did an excellent job. She was definitely the most friendliest and very knowledgeable. I have had an account with security service since i was 16 which is a looong time! Sure they can have their ups and downs but so far they have taken care of me mire often than not so i have a tad of loyalty towards them. Hopefully I have good things to say about them for years to come.

I am a new member and the bank has good service security and benefits but I will stay because of Ms. Abby Guajardo Excellent customer service she literally made it my best bank experience ever. Making sure all my needs were taking care of and had all the information I ask a lot of questions while staying safe maintaining COVID-19 guidelines with the greatest attitude. My go to place!! Even though the lobby was still closed. A employee from the bank came out to my car in a timely manner and was very helpful. My representative was Jennifer Crossley she was courteous professional and very knowledgeable. She was very friendly and helped me with my situation. I appreciated her attention that she gave me to my situation and how she handled it. I would go back to that branch again. I was very satisfied with my whole experience.
