Got paid our state taxes to do an amazing job of bungling basic customer service and efficiency to leave people out in 100 heat for hours before being turned away because the funds were dispensed to other locations and people. Could have had people out there handing out paperwork, helping get it filled out, counting people and giving general estimates on how many grants they had instead of having people - some with infants - wait all day with no word or coordination or RESPECT. Manager didn't take any responsibility for mishandling funds or staffing or basic human decency.

They actually honor the Credit Union Shared Branching system and will complete transactions without requiring you to have an account with them

I refinanced my car loan with Silvia Sanchez, she was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Her warm hearted demeanor made her easy to work with. I would recommend her and the SELCO team to anyone looking for financing

I've been with SELCO for almost a year, and I haven't had any issues with them. Everyone I've dealt with has been very polite, patient and extremely helpful. I've never experienced hidden fees, issues with the app, or with my accounts checking and savings. I recommend SELCO whenever possible. I don't think I could ever go back to a bank ever again.

My vehicle was repossessed after 35 days. I was late on making payments due to covid-19 struggles. I made a payment covering the late funds but was told my car would be repossessed. I was told my 426 payment was already accepted into the loan and would be shown after I refinanced with a different credit union. Two months later today, I received a check from selco for that total amount. Neisha Jendrisak, whom was in charge of dealing with the issue was extremely unprofessional. Never finance from this credit union. Trash human beings.

With Selco CU at downtown Eugene, the experience was weird and inconsistent. My annual income, credit score and loan amount requested along with my other revolving debts fell below their income to debt ratio but they still will not approve my loan request. As soon as the loan officer pulled my credit file, he said I was among their A+ rated customers and that I am more likely to be approved. 72 hrs later instead of 24, another loan officer called to inform me that my request was rejected because of high income to debt ratio. I wish they were at least straight forward and consistent, I wouldn't have wasted my time and credit point.

Though I used the branch offices rarely, I have had GREAT service while using SELCO banking over 13 years, even after I moved out of SELCO's service area to San Francisco. The relationship and service stayed high throughout my years with SELCO! One thing highly noticed after moving out of Oregon was the higher interest rate! In most cases for a normal "bank" the rates are terrible! Thanks SELCO for all the fabulous years of service!!
