| Tete C | Service loan is one of the worst loan companies in Augusta, Georgia. I absolutely hate going downtown to pay my pay at this company. Their customer service skills are horrible. Even the assistant manager talks down on customers. Also, Shawnna has the worst attitude that I have every experience as a customer service representative. If you need extra time to pay your bill, do not expect service loan to provide you with that extra time. Certain circumstances may happen and you may need extra time to pay. Service loan can care less about your personal experience. I will never receive a loan for this company again! |
