| S Fritz | The website is very easy to use, HOWEVER... its near impossible to contact this branch by phone without jumping thru all kinds of hoops. Our other credit union in NC is VERY accessible, and you can actually call and talk to someone at the branch if there is an issue. Not so with Sharonview. I am considering moving my money somewhere else. I dont have all day to play phone tag. UPDATE... The branch manager called me in person the day after I posted this review. She was very helpful and apologetic. I have therefore changed from 2 stars to 3 stars. I maintain it at 3 stars because I still believe that customers should be able to reach the branch by phone when they have an issue. But kudos to the Wade Hampton branch for being quick to respond to my review. |
