I had a less than professional encounter today at the drive thru window. Upon conducting a withdraw, I was not asked how I want my bills returned to me. I was summarily given my money and 'dismissed'. A tall thin blond boy put all 100s in an envelope and send it back to me and walked off. I only wanted some 100s. This is not a professional transaction. I do not want this kid fired, but, I think he needs additional training in professional transactions etiquette in a financial situation. |
