State Bank of Lincoln in Lincoln, Illinois

I dont even give them one star but had too to make a review. They asked me for proof of address like a piece of mail. I took an envelope which had been mailed to me to them and they couldn't except it. It had to be the actual letter that came in it. They shouldn't have access to any of my personal mail! I took them their bank statements that they mailed to me up their and told them they could copy that and they dont accept their own mail that they mail too you. I will be pulling my money out Monday and finding a new bank!

My girlfriend has had nothing but problems here!

Visiting from out of town and needed a notary. This bank states "we only do notary for persons with accounts". Most banks will provide notary services to anyone for a fee.

I appreciate that this branch opens on Monday - Saturday @ 7:30 a.m.. That's awesome because when I just wanna get things like adulting done. They are open at incredible hours. Thank you for making my life and other lives easier.

Worst service ive ever experienced. Debra was extremely rude with me over the phone and told methat my account was unavailable the same exact day that the main bank told me i just got paid that day in the same account and then continued to be rude and then sent me to voicemail after I attempt to call back. What a way to disrespect a member of the armed forces.

I enjoy being with this bank as they are helpful and very nice.

Horrible review to come later after they are done screwing the mortgage up, I will post how much per deim we have to pay because the loan officer we are using isn't fit to be a parking attended. And has the custumer service skills of a broken vending machine full of rotten apples.
