State Employees Credit Union in Las Vegas, New Mexico

So disappointed with the service!! An automatic payment was never taken out of amount at the beginning of the month and I was never notified about a “glitch” in the system. So the following payment was doubled the next time leaving me broke for the next two weeks.. when I called they laughed at me and told me it was my job's fault. I don't get it because everything was okay with check that my job sends to them. I've had this account for years also..

I wish there was a choice of giving ZERO stars. My Mom and I both have banked with SECUNM for many years and just recently have both experienced rude and down right mean attitudes. My Mom was told she could not cash checks for my son then when I went I requested for his check to be deposited into my account and was told by a teller named Nona that we could no longer do so. I told her that I wasn't cashing his check but DEPOSITING it into my account so what was the big deal she then spoke to her supervisor Tina this will be the last time. If this IS in fact a policy I'd like to see it and also give Nona customer service class again because she comes across VERY rude! I called and asked to speak with the bank manager I left a message and got a call back but I was unavailable to answer she left a message so let's see what her approach will be.

These ladies are so helpful to my elderly Uncle who has life long disabilities. They help him read his statements and explain to him what it entails.
