| Jess Morschauser | I wish the branch had a normal drive through and not the "personal teller machines" I needed to obtain a new debit card after having some fraudulent charges on mine. I was told I could go to ANY branch by the customer service representative on the phone. So I went to this location, as it's the closest one to my house only to find out they are unable to process new debit cards at this location. Don't tell me I can go to any branch if I can't. Also, I'm still fighting with Summit and the merchant to get the charges reversed on my card. The charges happened two months ago, I was told by customer service that it was handled and the charges will be reversed. The charges were reversed but now the merchant is requiring more proof from me or they are going to reverse the credit. Summit is doing absolutely nothing to help me besides telling me I need to send them a letter. So thanks for nothing Summit, as soon as this matter is handled I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere. |
