Suncoast Credit Union in Bushnell, Florida

Keep tight track of your accounts with this credit union daily, multiple times daily, especially with debit purchases or Bill's paid with your debit card. 3 times in the last 3 months I've had Bill's clear with the company that I had paid, they showed as pending on my account and then drop off of my account without being deducted from my balance, only to be deducted weeks later and have my balance completely screwed up. I caught them in the act this past week and this account is now only open because I want to be sure that direct deposit starts with my new bank before I close it.

We really appreciate having a credit union like Suncoast credit Union close enough to our home to enjoy the benefits of being a member. I went in this AM and went to the teller Kathy and there was a sign up for a balance transfer on your credit card to theirs for a 5.9 interest and i asked if it was still going on and she said she believed it was over we got to looking at it and it had in fact expired not sure if they had extended it she took oi upon herself to look into it and called me to let me know without anyone saying anything that's what i call great customer service.
