I highly recommend Suncoast One for all of your title needs. They provided service above and beyond any expectations. The staff is friendly and very responsive to their customers' needs. They have a sign on their counter that reads, " Come in, we're awesome." I can personally attest to the validity of this!

Well ... I have been in the Real Estate business here in Florida, for over 32 years. I have closed many transactions over these years. I've also coordinated these hundreds of closings with hundreds of Title Insurance companies, and Attorney firms, only because us Realtors can't always be able to choose the Closing company. In two words the Suncoast One Title & Closings Associates I had the pleasure to work with were “very impressive”. I communicated a bit with Gail, however Katie and Cristina the most. All three were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Always thorough. Always keeping everyone involved updated with the transaction. Always going the extra mile. Always available by phone, which in today's world is almost unheard of. I realize we all need a paper trail of what we do, and what we say. However, to pick up the phone and have a short conversation on occasion, with the people you'll be working with for a month or longer or maybe for years is a great additional relationship layer for doing successful business.
