I opened a new account online, and when moving money from my old bank my account was suspended due to suspected fraud a whole other nightmare. I called the number I was given and I was told all I needed to do was to go to a branch and present my ID at the drive-through. I went to this branch and was told that they couldn't help me at the drive-through, I had to come into the branch and speak to someone in person - but they couldn't see me right then and I had to make an appointment for a later time. So I got home and called to make the appointment, and was told I that they had no available times that day, and maybe I should contact another branch. So I contacted Hickory Flat, and they were able to resolve the problem at the drive-through. Now I have the access I need so I can terminate my new account and never deal with these people ever again! |
