Communication is horrible, no call back for days and when you do hear from them, they will not honor what they say and apologise and tell you that, "you have a valid frustration." Its a good thing my issue with them was really no big deal not an emergency but its the principle of it all. This level of service makes me reconsider everything. It's a real shame. |
