SunTrust in Tallahassee, Florida

Doing business at this SunTrust Branch was a disaster the day I visitedthe drive-thru took my 500 deposit and my driver's license and it got stuck and in the pneumatic tube. the girl who tried to deal with this problem was not very confident in my opinion other dealings with SunTrust have been very satisfactory and in fact I have a large car loan with them

I see a good many negative reviews. However, I've been with this bank over a year. The employees I've met were all courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

This branch use to be great. However now it is awful they never have more than 2 employees working which is ridiculous since this is one of the busiest branches. 2 employees to handle drive thru, counter teller and new account customer service.

Carolyn and her unprofessional attitude, were the entire reason I left this joke of a bank over five years ago. This is the best banking decision I ever made, other than the new bank I switched to. To me, customer service is what makes a bank and customer service is what makes people stay at a bank year after year. My advice to other customers with issues with this teller...Switch Banks. This will save some headaches!

Excellent service. I opened a business bank account late 2012. They were attentive, explained all the options, and overall did a great job. Very much recommended.
