Horrible customer service! The woman laughed and joked about unrelated things while I sat down waiting. And said they couldn't cash a 7k check. If you are a whole bank and can't cash a small 7k check you need to shut down altogether immediately!

Terrible services. Cashiers act like they don't want to do their job. Waited 15 minute to be seen after old people were occupying tellers with their bank balances. Ridiculous.

Nikeya Wheeler is useless and doesn't do her job properly per the customers needs. As a business client, I'm highly dissatisfied with her customer service and lack of relevant conversation to ensure that my transaction was done properly. Due to her talking unnecessarily and continuing to ask about the personal nature of my business, she processed my transactions incorrectly without fully understanding what I needed. Because a customer doesn't feel like discussing personal business, is none of a tellers concerns. If you ask for something done, do it right and stop making dumb small talk about someone's business that doesn't concern you or the job that your are carrying out to assist a customer. Terrible experience. Won't deal with her again and she shouldn't be in customer service period. I wouldn't hire her dealing with customers in the manner that she does. What an ignorant individual.
