Troy was very friendly and helpful, and got me into the car I wanted! I actually wasn't planning on buying that day, but his knowledge of the car, plus the rebates offered other financial incentives, and excellent service from Rick Hill, made it impossible to say "no." LOVE my new Buick Envision!!

I purchased a 2016 GMC extended cab truck and it was ticking out of the motor in the front end made noises so I took it back in on Monday and they changed the water pump and only the bad wheel bearing not both in the front end the wheel bearings said they don't know why it's taking the water pump should take care of it but it did not it still has an ticking in the upper engine apartment as it idles and you rev it it's got 68,000 mi on it still under warranty and I'm not at all happy that it's still ticking because I feel like they're pushing me farther and once it is out of warranty it's my problem that's not going to happen. I purchased this truck used right after Thanksgiving of 2020 and it took when I got it I inform my salesman and scheduled it for service and it's still ticking loud. I pay 800 a month truck payment for a truck that I'm not sure that's one last me over 100,000 miles then I have to start dumping money into it so whoever receives this message please contact me and make it right because it is not right. I will contact a better business bureau if I need to and my dad is a 30 plus year employee retired from general motors and I purchase this truck because of his commitment in years of service to general motors. Please make it right I had to borrow cars while my truck was in service because SVG will not offer me a rental car and I cannot bring it back and borrow other people's vehicles to get myself to work every day 10 12 hours a day 7 days a week so very dissatisfied! Guszweilers was there for many years before SVG took it over and they treated me and my family with care and great support not sure what this idiot is doing but I am not impressed
