Vicki Keesling | I was in the bank yesterday. I am having problems since the merger accessing my accounts. It gives the wrong number to send a code to. This person said it was my fault because I listed my daughter's number as primary, wrong, my daughter is only listed if something should happen to me. So she "fixes" the information and I go out to my car and see if I can get this one time access code to get to my account. Can I? NO there is no information in the id field for any of the verification info they have!!!! WTH so I go back inside and I get this sweetheart of a teller in drive-thru trying to help me, she can't it has to be one of the two other tellers who are busy for atleast the next 15 minutes. I'm not waiting, I'd probably get that rude one again. I do want to talk with the branch manager or the Corporate offices about this person. First time I've ever dealt with anyone except drive-thru and this blonde was horrible!!! |

Cheyenne Hanson | If I could give this negative stars I would. My boyfriend visited this branch to cash a payroll check. He is an account holder and has been for years. The teller told him could not cash the check due to the account being a newer account they made him open a new account on the last visit they then made him deposit the check and told him it would not be available until Tuesday. My boyfriend then called to tell me the situation with the check and I told him to return to the branch and retrieve the check he had deposited and we would take it to our other bank where it would be available right away due to our good standing relationship with them. We are adults and have bills that need to be paid right away. My boyfriend returned to the branch 10 minutes later to retrieve his check back and asked them to undo the deposit he had just done. They absolutely refused to undo the transaction and told him there is a certain time frame for this request , and he was outside the time frame. really, 10 minutes?! I used to work for TCF and am aware that they can error correct a transaction at any time. The fact that they said there is a time frame for a correction and refused to give him HIS money back is uncalled for and ridiculous. You cannot deny someone the right to get their money back if they request it back. We will be closing our accounts. |
