TD Bank in Port St. Lucie, Florida

Too slow at the drive up window with too few people working at the window.

I love TD Bank but this branch has no clue what they are doing been trying for months to link my personal and business accounts under one login and all i get is the run around. never a manager available on the weekends. lobby is always locking the doors early. seems no one online or at the local branch can do anything but pass the buck back and fourth so at this point i will close all my accounts with TD Bank and wont look back. hopefully no one has to spend this much time trying to get something this simple solved.

Why is it that EVERY time I call I get put on hold for 20 minuets, I give my info just to be put on hold for another 20 minutes and then they can't help me so they give me a number to call that no one answers. Twice already they have sent us letters saying we have no insurance on our home when in fact we do , so they threaten to buy insurance them selves at a higher cost than what we already pay we tried to fix the problem but we get the runaround on the phone every time ,so with we have to go to main branch to talk to the bank President . The right hand dosent know what the left hand is doing Get it together!
