TD Bank in Titusville, Florida

My husband and I want to give a huge thank you to Silver Lucis Caspian, an employee of TD Bank in Titusville, Florida for notarizing the multiple document's we had, and also making copies for us. Silver, you are a total asset to TD Bank!! Thank you so much for your time and patience.

Current hours-even drivethru- are unreasonable: 8:30-4pm m-wed, open until 6pm only on thurs & fri. The limited drive thru hours has very little to do with coronavirus, yet TD Bank takes this opportunity to limit their employees working hours. And, they lack accomodations for the working people.

Deposited a cashier's check 3 days later they told me it cleared 6 days later they told me now it bounced after I took some of the funds out I guess when they say clear they lied and I told them you let me know when the cash is in my account they told me it cleared the cash was in my account it was good they lied there are to they never did check to see if that account was good they just put it through with the assumption that wasn't a fraudulent check after I told them I need to make sure it's good before I give up my boatI made a police report I'm going to take further action but due to this aggravation and health it just really getting hard on me I'll keep you posted

Great customer service n love how the girls address me by name. I love banking here. I never had an issue
