Tigers Community Credit Union in Columbia, Missouri

I was in a frazzle when I came in to the bank. A young man waited on me and tried to help me out with a shared banking transaction. I then realized I did not have the cash to pay him. That is when the sweetest young lady came up and helped out. I had to leave and come back. I really wish I had paid more attention to their names. When I returned they both greeted me with a smile and I completed my transaction. I left feeling that they had treated me with warmness and respect. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I would rate this place zero if I could. I've been a customer for 3 years and just this past weekend, Madeline, a worker for the union, had my car towed claiming I was blocking parking for the employees when there always only two working at a time. She was extremely rude and ornery. Never in the three years have I had an issue with the place and now Madeline towed my car? Yes do not do business with them. Utter trash customer service.

I have had the opportunity to work with Tigers Community Credit Union now for several weeks and the experience has been amazing. Their new branch location is so convenient, and the staff have been nothing but courteous, friendly and best of all, knowledgeable! I love walking in and having the person helping me own the work they do and act like they've been doing it their entire life! It gets me in and out quickly, and leaves me with the utmost confidence in the services offered. I can not recommend Tigers Community Credit Union enough!
