My family and I have been taking loans out with Title Max Manacha for years. The Title Max family at this location has always been helpful, extremely responsive, and understanding. They are reliable and have always found all ways to help and be there for me and my family!

I worked with the office on North Lamar and they were excellent. When she called me it never felt like a bill collector. I really appreciate that during this time.

I came to this location to get a loan on some camera equipment. I was approved for more than what I was expecting so I left out of there happier than life haha. I bought the camera equipment and when that winter storm hit, I had enough money left over to get my family the basic needs to survive the hellish week.I meant to leave a review 2 weeks ago but I'm glad I didn't until now. I'm def going to keep coming here whenever I need some help. The general manager is Jasmine, she's honest and will really go the extra mile to explain everything.

I highly recommend this store! The GM Jasmine was very professional and friendly. She helped me find a food truck but she left such a great impression I wanted to let everyone know to expect great service if you go visit her. If i ever need a loan i will definitely visit Jasmine !

Paola Romero, was the most professional staff I have ever dealt with since I began using to Title Max in 2019! This young woman was friendly starting with the phone call made to me, when I met her in person the next day, she made me feel like she had known me forever!! That is how to conduct business! they do a 0 loan and it helps you out once a year. just make sure you pay it off because if you don't ... You will be paying WAY to much! but the people are way nice!
