This location is about as immaculate as you can find during this pandemic, and all recommended distancing and sanitization procedures are respected. Great experience!

Customer service was horrible even from store manager Linnete they were very rude and loud . I have a video of how rude they were to me . DO NOT GO TO THIS TITLEMAX LOCATION . No greeting when you walk in or nothing . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE . Told me my car was worthless. Paid it off and wasn't even told thank you for getting your title back with title max. Just a sarcastic have a good day .

My wife and I needed to go to Massachusetts for a family outing . Titlemax allowed us to do that by loaning us the money we needed for the expenses . The general manager served us and was amazing! She was professional Nd courteous. The store was clean and social distancing was practiced without hassle . We will surely return if we need help again. 10 of 10 service .
