I have been knowing Rachael for quite some years and she has been a great person both professionally and socially. When I arrive to the store, I was greeted with the most repect and dignity. I didn't wait long to be assisted on and the process was in a timely manner. Rachael holds not just herself, but her employees accountable as well. I definitely recommend you stop to this location in Naperville and see Rachael. She knows what she is doing and she is great as what she does.

I called today and spoke with Rachel the General Manager of TitleMax, and within minutes I was at the location 604 South Illinois Rte 59 across from Fox Valley Mall. The facility was clean and wonderful music was playing very low in the background and it was just overall a wonderful experience. Rachel was very nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She explained the ends and outs and by the end of the session helped me decide on the right route I should take for my needs. I even met two wonderful corporate heads that came into the facility, one of them was from Arizona, the other born and raised in Chicago. They both were very nice and spoke with me during the session. I highly recommend Rachel and her facility and TitleMax as a whole if you find yourself in need of some financial help.
