Trailhead Credit Union in Portland, Oregon

As a graphic designer, I've never seen this kind of beautiful sign design. I never thought it is a bank. If I lived in Portland, I would use here because it feels very friendly.

Friendly folks, easy to get help with all kinds of banking needs. They really take care of you here.

Been using Trailhead since 2015. Will continue to recommend to friends and strangers. Feels like a community and family. The staff are knowledgeable, personable and go the extra mile. My dog is also obsessed with them. Reimburses ATM charges , no monthly account dues , unique banking /account / loan options, very community oriented. Actually actively lives up to their mission statement. They've always been helpful to resolve any issues or concerns I have.

I have been a member at Trailhead Credit Union since, I believe, 2012. They have been an enormous support to me, in establishing my financial base and meeting my needs. They have financed my cars, loaned me the money to pay off debts consolidating my debt and reducing my payments and stress. I had assumed that none of this would be an option to me, because my credit score was not always ideal. However, they explained to me that they look at my personal history with them and my progressively built up record as someone they can trust. But they had to take a chance on me in the beginning. I came to them with a bankruptcy, only recently obtained employment after years of none, and an income that has become more and more insufficient in this economy. They saw the person, and they saw from my account, how I lived. The took the time to speak with me and get to know me, and when I was in a jam they helped me to work it out, reconfiguring my accounts to better suite my situation at the time. They walked me through a car accident and the insurance matters that i didn't understand, saving me a lot of money when the insurer made a terrible error in their favor "oops!". I cannot say enough about the loyalty and support that they have provided me in my financial life.

Wont give you an account even If you live in front of it. But they let you camp and outdoor atm leads people with money right to you. Can't go wrong asking someone who just withdraws cash for their cash, they know we need it. No rules against open using and fire pits either so 5 stars

Wow! What amazing branch. I accidentally submitted a check deposit with the wrong amount on it. It was completely my fault too. Even though this would have been adjusted on Monday I couldn't wait until then. I had an urgent bill that was due that day; again my fault for waiting as well. But the amount of help and support I got from the employees at this branch was outstanding. They were able to get my deposit and resubmit for me. This is the reason I continue to go to this branch, and continue to bank with Trail Head. I high recommend this credit union and branch to all my friends and family

Worst experience ever... never again will I recommend Trailhead to anyone. My husband and I have been loyal to them and have yet to recieve any kind of great service from them. Only time they help is when it's to benefit them and them only.
