Best experience I've ever had with a bank or credit union. Friendliest people who helped me get my credit score up and helped me get over my fear of banking. They know who I am by just seeing my face and know how to help with any issues I have had. Love this place and the people. Excellent credit union overall.

After talking with Seth for 15 minutes, it was clear TruStone was a better fit for me than the big bank I had been with for 10+ years. Better values and fair rates have led me to move most of my lending and banking here. Highly recommend.

Best customer service!! Oh, I could go into financial details but I'm going to tell this part. Tellers look up and say hi when you walk in, if just for a second when they are busy with other "member". Same employees, low turn over, they remember your name! They refer to you as a member. You No huge counter to make you feel like your an outsider, nice open comfortable space that fit the personality of a non-bank. Grab a water, a coffee, a tiny dumb dumb candy, or a dog treat-yep bring your dog-parking never an issue but walking isn't a problem when they love my dog too! oh, the make your "check card" with chip on the spot". Seriously, why would you use a for profit bank?

I called Firefly the day before me and my daughter were going in to open an account. I wanted to verify what she needed to bring in to get the account open. I was fold she needed her school i.d. and her social security card. I was offering to bring in anything, even her birth certificate,to which I was assured was not necessary. I go in with her,and surprised to be told by Nichole we need her address verification. We go get a postcard from her school to her room and address of the school. We were told that was not sufficient as well. So no new account, and I would have to rate this a terrible customer experience.

A lot of these bank accounts are from old people they don't have Internet. They need to make a phone call to work on their account sometimes. But you turned off all your telephone services. What a nasty message you're sending to your customers
