| David S. | Made a fairly large cash deposit into the ATM. It gave me a receipt saying that there was a malfunction and a phone number to call. After at least 10 calls I received a letter saying that I needed to get a new check issued and deposit it again and the case was closed. Mind you this was a cash deposit that had been explained to about 15 different departments of Us bank. Reopened the case and contacted Fox 6 investigators by e mail, not sure if they did anything because they didn't reply, but two days later the money was in my account. Elapsed time: Over a month. I WILL NEVER DEPOSIT CASH INTO ANOTHER ATM!! Not to long after my wife put a deposit into the night deposit and days later it didn't clear. The branch said the night deposit is broken and we cannot open it. I am new to the area but I have been a us bank customer for many years and have never had any problems like this at my old branch. |
