Lately, during the Covid restrictions, doing my banking in the drive through has been an inconvenience with only one teller operating at peak hours lunch break, leading to long lines and wait times. I've often spent half my lunch break trying to make a deposit. They've also adjusted their hours so that they close early and are closed during another hour during the day - makes it challenging for folks that work during business hours. Adding an additional teller to the drive through at peak times would be a major plus! |
