Fred Kline | On Wednesday August 12th, I stopped by the ATM and made a 1100.00 cash deposit to my personal checking account, I noticed several days later that it was never credited to my account, I have a receipt in hand which clearly shows the transaction details, I contacted the call center on Sunday the 16th and they said that they would open an investigation as to what happened, and it could take up to 10 days to get my money, as far as I'm concerned I have all of the documentation that I need and they just simply need to give me my money right away and figure what happened on their end, I am a long time customer with USB and have several accounts along with my small business checking which has a 6 figure balance, so I am not a stranger and take exception to their people questioning my honesty, as of today 8/20 I still don't have my money, pretty sad when these banks are asking you to stay out of the buildings and do your banking online or via ATM, I can pretty much guarantee if they overpaid me I wouldn't get 10 days to figure it out and get back to them, I believe that it is time to look for a new bank... |
