U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and work quickly. I was able to get everything I needed done in less than three minutes. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future! Wonderful!

Most of the reps are nice. Except for a teller named Alicia. Seen her today and I left with more than a bad mood. Going to try a different location from now on.

Good location and have always been great about giving me my money back. Drive thru is relatively fast. This is in a good location with grocery, food, and entertainment close by.

The dreaded drive thru.. this is the slowest drive through of all the branches. Really frustrating place to go and always seems like there is only one teller that is actually working. Starting to feel like Wells Fargo all over again.

Not very good experience here. I went to ask a simple question just to have customers behind me get service before me . When I ask why those other customers got service before me they said they came earlier/ those customers where more important then me. US eagle doesn't appreciate lower level customers/ 95 of normal customers. They are only concern about the upper 2 and not the rest of the 95 percent. Don't go to US EAGLE trust me.

Every time I call us eagle I wait on hold for at least 20 minutes, which is unacceptable when it comes to dealing with your own money. You need to be able to get info on your hard earned money when you the info in a timely fashion.

I don't care what the feds say you can do. First bank in my entire life that holds on to your money for 2 or three days, sometimes 5 days. Pisses me off when money becomes tight and I can't buy my kids food.

They had always been so helpful but it only takes one time to make you pull out your phone and write a poor review... i was there for 25 minutes... which would have been fine as they were busy and there seemed to only be 2 employees working... but i was the only customer that had an excessive wait... every other car came and left... i was ok with this UNTIL the big lady with glasses got rude with me...

I've been a life long member. Since back in the USNMFCU days, when membership wasn't open to the general public. You had to be a federal employee or federal contractor. I've also simultaneously had another bank account with Compass bank a long time ago, before they got purchased by a different parent company. Banks are good for investors and high income people. Which is NOT most of society. Especially amongst a global pandemic. Credit unions are great for the every day citizen.

Definitely don't feel valued by this credit union. Have been a member for 20+ years and started being charged for my checking account even though I have a savings account and direct deposit. Made the proper changes and they refused to return the money they have taken from me. Feel taken advantage of for sure!
