Umpqua Bank in La Grande, Oregon

Something needs to be done to speed up transaction time at the drive up window. It is ridiculously slow. Waiting 30 minutes for 4 cars to go through is unacceptable.

Unnecessarily inconvenient fraud protection. Disables my business credit and debit cards every time I use them to travel even to the next county. They aren't ready to work with a small business that travels up to 40 miles away. I know you'd think they'd be more sophisticated, but they're really just a joke. Can't believe how often I'm cut off from my money and just left angry for hours. The local folks try and try but the morons up top wait till Saturday and ruin the local effort. Do not bank here if convenience and access to your funds is what you seek.

I do not like working with this bank. But I do like the people that work here, they are great.

I have enjoyed a business relationship with this bank for about 15 years. Ryan whom I met first in Western Bank has given consistent excellent service; Recently I emailed Ryan and requested a special favor. Would he be able to put a specified amount of cash in 10 envelopes and have it ready in 4 hours. I received the affirmative email in minutes. At the appointed time. I walked into the bank, was greeted by name by the teller who said, "I have the envelopes with the money ready for you" I signed the withdrawal slip, received the envelopes, walked out of the bank in less than 3 minutes. NOW that is what I call SERVICE!

I moved my accounts because the service was so horrible and I got treated like my banking was a joke. Never will go here again
