Cathy Clark | We have been banking here since we moved to Waterville in 2007. The tellers and managers always offer good business. They are professional, personal, helpful and sincere. We recommend the bank and those who are working there. |
Kayden | Don't listen to that asshat vincent.. Umpqua bank is a great place to go for all your banking needs. That dipshit just left his ID on the wrong day and is upset about it, not the banks fault in my opinion. |
Vincent Ng | Went to the bank today and had one of the most frustrating experiences because the teller helping me didn't know me, however everyone else who works there does. Unfortunately, I didn't have my hard copy ID for proof of identity when asked, but I had my paper one which was expired and both ladies were not wanting to accept it so I could withdraw money because Umpqua failed to send me my debit card in time before my other one expired. Saturday I had to go to an Umpqua and get it reissued using my paper copy ID and there was no questions asked. After 15 mins of sitting at the window and my newborn crying in the backseat I finally was able to get the money, but not without the biggest hassle and having to verify who I was in mulitiple different ways before it was given to me .Thanks for doing your job, but my ID expired or not should've been sufficant enough to prove who I was in my opinion! |
