Awesome company!!!! They put me in another suv after my Previous one was a total loss because of a vehicle accident... Beth and Debbie both work in the insurance department they were totally awesome..they were so very understanding and compassionate and caring they helped me through this long 30 day process with the insurance company all the paperwork...All the staff at Unifour are super great I encourage anyone to use them highly recommend!!!

After YEARRRRRRRRSSSS of not having to deal with them being 10,000 Upside down on a loan they auctioned the car when it came back to them and they closed my account only waiting 5 years when my credit is in a good place to start negatively reporting it. Oh best believe I'm fighting this one. Thank god I don't deal with them now. Save yourself the headache they'll rob you and give you a piece of junk car. When I had my car from them I went to get it appraised it was worth 1500... my loan was for 12,000....scam artists.

So I'm just going to say this it's been a very long time with this loan and let me tell you! I REGRET IT!!! Because they are not professional so Rude and they do not work with you even if you tell them all your business about what is going on with all this covid19 situation like people y'all are worst now about the whole pandemic then before it all started. I understand there companies with policy and all but really??? Like it's crazy and I don't recommend this pace what so ever. I can't wait to pay off the loan I have because I really haven't had a good customer service experience.
