Union Bank in Hollister, California

I'm a long time banking customer and all of my needs have been met here. Since San Benito Bank there have been a lot of changes but the customer service quality is still perfect! I do all of my banking here

I have been banking with them for over 20 years, most of which has been at the Hollister branch. The representatives who work in the actual branch are so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Anytime I have a question or concern about something on my account, it is resolved in a timely manner. They have never put any unreasonable holds on my checks that have been deposited. I have also had great service to with the safe deposit boxes. Over the past year I've been mailing in my deposit to the actual Hollister branch and that works out great. Checks have always been received and this way I don't have to walk into the bank. A big time saver for me. The representatives at the toll free customer service line, are great and helpful as well. I use the automated line to get details about transactions on my account or balances and it is a very easy system to use. I could say so many other great things about this bank, but I think I have run out of space.

Love it. They have a lot of tellers, so it's pretty fast. All the tellers are amazing. They take time to get to know and interact with you, so it's not just another transaction.
