Andrew Slawson | After over 12 years of loyalty to this credit union and I can no longer recommend their services like I used to. Their customer first focus, banking products offered and overall service level has severely declined over the last several years. They are constantly short staffed with long waits to speak to anyone. When you do speak with someone they are often unable to address your concerns and pass you along to another representative who is usually unavailable in which you have to leave a voicemail in which can take several days to be responded to. This credit union was initially a great alternative to “big banks” for having a personal feel to their service but unfortunately they have become just like everyone else. I have experienced some of the exact same frustrations left by other reviews. For example their credit card constantly declining due to a “trigger happy” fraud system..literally paying your electric or phone bill as you just did in a previous month can trigger a lock out. Over the years I have had several loans, credit cards, checking and saving accounts though the credit union in which i have continually phased out or closed due to the concerns stated above. Overall just a disappointing experience that once was a great relationship. |
