Value Pawn & Jewelry in Tampa, Florida

visited the store on Tuesday afternoon , February 23rd...the female Manager and male worker were NOT polite or helpful at all. I was looking to make a purchase but obviously neither representative wanted to help me. I've been to EVERY value pawn in the Tampa Bay area and this is the WORST location for assistance. I suggest they terminate the workers and hire new personnel. All of the managers and employees at every other location has been polite, engaging and helpful. If you're reading this DO NOT VISIT this store!!! Go to the West Hillsborough location where they greet you and treat you with respect.

Paola is one of the BEST customer service workers I have met. Always so patient , so kind and welcoming when I see her. She makes the experience a warming one!

Omg. Paula is so rude. I was in the pawn shop to conduct some business and i cannot believe that i saw Paula treat a customer very very bad. She began arguing with the customer just because he asked her a simple question. I really hate to go in the store when she is working. I prefer to go elsewhere. And her boss the white woman does not do anything. Poor customer service. Paula you are a horrible employee and you are rude. And it was not even me. I really felt uncomfortable when i went in there and she treated the customer the way she did. Paula belongs in a prison working as a correction officer but in her country of origin which is Columbia. I do like Mari. Mari is the best.
