5 Stars to the top for Valarie Wright. This lady is a star, a goddess of banking and an employee that I want to steal to come work for me every day and tomorrow. I did a boat loan at Vystar online buying a boat from a dealer up the street. When I went in to close Valerie had everything ready to go but the underwriters I guess had me in a queue to wait which is understandable, it was a Saturday. While we were waiting Valerie took it upon herself to ask me about my car loans. I told her I had such a bad experience with Lending Tree refi-ing my car 2 months ago I gave up. In the time it took them to process my Boat Loan Valerie already had me a refi loan for my car all done in 10 minutes dropping my rate from 13 to 6 saving me about 2 grand. Two for One! I closed my loan with the boat a few minutes later then 2 days later walked into another branch and closed my car refi that Valerie had prepared. Valerie is a slam dunk banking 10 and she restored my faith in America right then and there. Bravo and Cheers. Give her a raise and make her President, immediately. Rename the bank ValStar please.
