Walmart Supercenter in Liberty, Texas

My husband enjoys the chicken tenders that are in the deli area. He asked the lady if she could make more because they only had 2 in the tray. She asked him how many and he told her 2lbs. She said for him to come back in 8 minutes. I asked if we could get 3lbs so he could take some to work the next day and she advised that it would take 20 minutes. We said that we would be back for them when we finished shopping. Before we could walk 10 ft she yelled out, "I forgot that we are out of them." My husband questioned her and she said that a coworker reminded her. After about 30 minutes of shopping my husband went back over to the area to grab a container of potato salad that he forgot to get. The tender tray was full of tenders. When he asked about it the ladies that were there just said that the original lady was on break. He asked to speak with a manager, someone went to get a manager and came back saying one would be right over. He waited 15 minutes while I checked our items. A manager never came. We left. Horrible customer service and management that doesn't care.

Not very crowded. No crime. I feel safe going there at midnight.

Need registers open at both ends of the doors. Need more respect for elderly people. Need more respect for your employees. Quit laying off and putting more work on employees If I wanted to be a cashier I would have worked at a store. And at times I had to go cash my own self out I would love to get paid for that and being stopped at the door every time someone walks out the door ridiculous. Standing facing I guess I could go to Kroger's sincerely how did that sound
