We felt very comfortable walking in to the dealership. Alex was exceptionally nice, friendly and very helpful. He took his time with us and explained all options so we could understand. Adrian was also helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make a deal happen. They really made us excited for a purchase of a new car. Even the finance Dept made us feel special and did everything he could to get us the lowest rate possible. It's an awesome feeling to leave a car lot feeling excited, well taken care of, and happy. We are very satisfied and will buy future cars here.

Art Collins was amazing when I was looking to purchase my new Suburban. I knew what I wanted when I went in and they, Art and Chris, went out and got exactly that. Washington Chevrolet went above and beyond to get me the car i wanted. I will forever be a loyal customer!!

Took my vehicle in for 3 items. Oil Change, State Inspection and to have the automatic running boards fixed should be covered under extended warranty. They also found a leaking oil line and a leaking transmission oil line that had to be repaired under extended warranty, and I was told the extended warranty had to verify the repairs due to the cost, so it took a few additional days due to this, I was fine with this extra time. When we got a call Monday morning that it was ready, I went to pick it up, paid the bill which seemed a little low for an oil change and inspection. All items that I expected to be covered by warranty were covered. Upon returning to my vehicle, I inspected the bill to discover that the oil had not been changed, or at least I had not been charged for it. I had to go back in and ask about it, and I was told they didn't change the oil. So I had to wait about an hour while they changed the oil. Pretty frustrating when they had the vehicle for 5 working days and couldn't remember to change the oil. The new service advisor that I spoke with on Monday apologized for the mishap, but didn't offer any discount. For that kind of a mix up, I expected an "I'm sorry, can we give you a complimentary oil change for your having to wait", but nope, I was charged full price. I also received a text from Anthony, my original service tech asking about my service experience, which I responded about the oil change not being done. I expected to at least get a response, but nope, not even a response from him. Very disappointed, that you take multiple avenues to find out about my experience, but make no effort to follow up to resolve the situation. The only bright spot was that I did not have to argue to get the warranty items covered, as I have had to in the past with Washington Chevrolet. This is just the latest in a series of disappointing service experiences with Washington Chevrolet.
