Shelly I believe her name was was very helpful when I was not able to logon to online banking after the update. I appreciate good customer service.

My father banked here before he died. I have no experience with being the person responsible for an estate, so I went into the bank to ask questions. I was treated like a thief trying to steal my father's money. I received no sympathy, or help from this bank. The first time I went I was told the death certificate would be enough to close the account. The second time I presented the death certificate I was told to fill out a form and wait 30 days. I don't mind doing things right, but I do mind being told wrong, and treated poorly. The people in this bank have zero customer service skills. A year later I'm trying to file my father's taxes, this bank is charging me every fee they can throw at me even though their customer service said they have the option to waive the fees. So they're just out to make as much money off anyone they can. Of course. Just disheartening to know that they'll even rip you off after you're dead.

Changed my free checking into not so free checking.. in the process of moving banking away from Washington Federal after 10 years terrible service
