Wells Fargo Bank in Glendale, Colorado

One of the largest Wells Fargo Banks in Denver yet they only have 1 teller working mid day behind the counter while having all 20 customers wait outside in 97 degree weather in a long line that barely moves once every 10 min. At the same time on the other side of the windows there's multiple bank employees sitting at their desks playing on their cell phones . I waited outside for over 30 min and finally when I was let inside and got to the counter I was told I couldn't even get a few bucks in quarters by the rude female bank teller saying that quarters are only for company business accounts... awesome maybe you should put up signs or update your website so guests know the situation, we all know there is a coin shortage but many of us still need quarters for the laundry facilities in our buildings. Luckily the Wells Fargo on 1st in Cherry Creek North has helpful, courteous employees, and never a long line .

I made an appointment online to have some documents notarized 9 as part of a real estate closing and once I got there, they refused to notarize them. It took the notary 20 minutes to talk to her branch manager and then said she was not allowed to notarize "these types of documents." The documents were merely affidavits and all she had to do was verify my identity and witness me signing them, and they refused, since they are a financial lending institution. They only notarize closing documents for their own closings. I am a banking customer of theirs and this is a service they claim to provide for customers. I am very disappointed in WF. Not the first time though - need to move my accounts elsewhwere.

Went to another branch in a rush to get a temporary card as my debit card info was stolen last night. Was told I needed an appointment my fault but I needed a card ASAP as I had a medical appointment that day. I called this branch and DJ took care of me in record time. He's the man. Thanks again DJ!
